I decided to take Mikey's save and issued my orders for the third time after all. Hopefully I won't have to do it a fourth!

I downloaded the mod and tested both the save I posted, and "EndModifiedUSA.zip" save. Both of these load and function fine for me with the mod enabled when loaded from the menu screen. A number of players wanted to issue their orders pre-game to save time (including myself). I already did this and re-posted the save.

If others are going to do the same, I suggest they do so and re-post the save and get things moving before Sunday. Pass it around boys, but no bogarting!

It's definitely not a matter of negligence on the part of players being unable to kill subs. I don't think it's necessary to remove/rollback all 20+ changes to sub/asw warfare.
