As it's shaping up now, looks like Warhammer and SC2 are the forerunners in terms of availability, with a second tier of Sins, CoH and AoE2. Not including Steel Division until it comes out. I'd rather not make anyone feel like they need to purchase and unreleased/unfinished title.
