CK3 - Game Sept 13th

Guys,

I'm starting this here, since there is already a Thurs time slot being used for CK2/EU4.

I'll sponsor this game.

Start: Sept 13th
Times: 8pm - 11pm EDT
Nations: European preferred, but open to other thoughts.
Game Type: Meme/Learning
Rules: No Rules; although I reserve the right to call a Congress to address anything wonky/game breaking.

Basically, I'm giving the game nearly 2 weeks to get a hotfix or 2, and perhaps a beta patch. As we all know PDS does not have the most sterling track record for vanilla releases, so you accept the potential for disaster by joining this game.

Additionally, I expect everyone who plays in this game to buy the game within a day or two of release and invest sufficient time so as to know your way around. We're chill and can always offer up tips and help....I just want to afford everyone the opportunity to play their own dynasty, and not spend 50% of the of their time hand holding someone else's.

Respond here if you're in. I'm hoping for 6.

EDIT: State your preference for 867 or 1066 start.

I'm probably down, depending on if I''m not deployed following 2 hurricaines in the Gulf, or following the wildfires in the Socialist Republic of California, or if I am deployed, then depending on quality of internet service wherever I might end up.

You thinking weekly or bi-weekly?

As well, if anyone is interested, the group I play with regularly is, on Wednesday Sept 2nd running a 'noob poop' game wherein we've all agreed not to play before and to utterly suck together as is tradition.

Fair point - we kick off at 7PM MST or 9PM EST. Typically play for about 3 hours.

Weekly.

I might be down to jump in that Wed group as well, however....I work from home and I'll be loading the game up as soon as it's released and download. If that breaks the Wed Game EULA....I'll have to skip.

I've put it to the group. Thus far it's mostly been jokes and threats about the Crow of Judgment if you play early. I'll see how serious we are about it.

Was asked to pass this along however:

I'm going to have to decline then, doing Wednesday CK3 and then Thursday EU4 will be too much for me.
