Rules;

1. WPO rules apply unless contradicted by these rules.
2. USA, China, Japan won't be MCed
3. AI nations won't be edited
4. Japanese won't enter war against SOVs until USA entrance or 1943, as Germany prefers. AI event for such has been reworked to avoid their dow.
5. SCW will be left alone regarding MCs
6. Efficiency trading won't apply
7.The land units of puppet states cannot be placed anywhere outside their home continent (replaces puppet rules)
