This is the thread for the up-to-date version of the EU4 Mod.

Changes for this version (9/13) from the last version (9/4):

• Added ability to create client states, which are basically loyal vassals you can make yourself, and pick a flag/color/name of.
  Note: each nation can only have a maximum of 10 Client states, and can be reannexed after 10 years, perfect for border marches.
