Eu4 is always fun. The Albert mod was really good, though if we play with that I think something like a 1700 start would be a good entry point (or maybe an early 1600s start to capture a 30 years war scenario could be interesting too).

Vicky 2 I think would only really be fun if we had at least 6, the dynamics of that one are best when it becomes a diplomatic struggle. Eu4 scales better (mainly b/c the AI is decent).

I'll pass on an EU4 scenario for 2 weeks. I'm just not into EU4, and have not been for a couple years.

I'm in for a Vicky 2 game on Monday nights after MOTE. What is the current state of Mods for Vicky2?? Anything interesting??

EU4 doesn't really work well in start dates other than 1444, so I'd recommend sticking with that even with Albert.

Also next Semester I'll only be able to do Thursdays or Fridays.

So anyone got a preference on what to do this week? Looks like we have a handful of options:

1 - No sessions til Alex gets back (so no session on 12/9 or 12/17)
2 - Play without France (not really my preference, I think AI will jank things up this way)
3 - Play with shuffling of players so we have a France player (think we would have to make Spain AI for this to be plausible, with understanding no one can attack Spain or take advantage of AI if it foolishly attacks)
4 - Play something else
a) Some variation of Vicky 2
b) Some EU4 scenario (7 years war would be kinda interesting)

I'm planning on no MOTE this week and next. No France = No Session imo

I'll probably spend my evening in HOI4...whipping Fio's army management into shape.

FYI, I will be available for the next 2 sessions (1/13 and 1/20) but will be out of the country on the 27th, so highly unlikely I will be around for a session on that date.
